Last updated July 19, 2026

ESL United provides free educational resources. We collect only the information needed to operate this website, respond to messages, and improve the learning experience.

Information you choose to provide

When you use the Contact ESL United form, you may provide your name, email address, role, topic, and message. We use that information to review and respond to your question or feedback.

Please do not send sensitive information

Do not send Social Security numbers, immigration case files, passport numbers, financial information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the website form.

Learning-app progress

The Everyday English Coach and Citizenship Interview Coach store progress in the browser or device you use. This helps you continue your practice. That progress is not designed to create an ESL United student account or profile.

Language tools and third parties

The website offers language support through Google Translate. Using that tool may involve Google cookies or processing under Google’s own policies. ESL United also uses Netlify to host the website and process website-form submissions.

How long messages are kept

We keep contact messages only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, or meet operational needs. Form submissions should be reviewed and deleted regularly when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the contact form. You can also clear browser storage or cookies through your browser settings. This may reset saved practice progress or language preferences.
